Overview:

Eco Green Ink Remover/Degreaser was formulated to provide customers a multi-functional ink remover product. Eco Green Ink Remover/Degreaser dramatically reduces the surface tension when cleaning, thus our clients have noticed an improved level of dirt penetration, ability to handle grease, light oils, water based ink, the occasional foot traffic that leaves scuff marks, dried food products, and other stubborn hard to clean surfaces in warehouses, and plant floor. It removes cured and uncured water-based inks, polymeric inks, adhesives, lacquers, and varnishes from flexographic press equipment.

We have removed the use of Sodium Hydroxide or Potassium Hydroxide which can cause a finished floor to become dull looking, or even increase the likely hood of rusting due to the extreme corrosiveness of both products. In order to provide the level of performance our clients are demanding while meeting regulatory and environmental concerns, our chemists leveraged leading edge surfactant technology to eliminate the need for phosphates, caustics, or solvents in our Ink Remover/Degreaser solution.

We leverage the very best in leading edge surfactant technology to reduce or eliminate VOC’s, glycol ethers, solvents, phenol ethoxylates or phosphates and/or other environmentally harmful components from our clients’ products. Our use of modern surfactant technology means our products offer superior penetration and removal of Oily/ Greasy particulate soils – ability to clean areas where agitation is restricted.

Rest assured Eco Green Ink Remover/Degreaser products are readily biodegradable delivering low Dynamic Surface Tension (DST) critical to optimum cleaning – the lower the DST the faster the cleaning. Whether you require a low/no foam solution, all Eco Green Ink Remover/Degreaser provides excellent detergency, good wetting, and reduced drying time. In fact we only use surfactants that meet the EPA DfE (Design for the Environment) specifications
