Bio Based, Green, Environmentally safe, Sustainability, Performance and of course cost effective is always on the mind of our Chemists. We decided it was time for an Industrial Chemical Manufacturer to focus on a line of Green Products that complies and leverages many of the principles found within the EPA Design for the Environment (DfE) program for chemical formulators (details).

In our continued quest to move our clients from Acids, Corrosive/Hazardous Materials found in many of their industrial cleaning products we asked our Chemist to formulate all of our products with the latest Surfactant Technologies and Acid Replacement Technologies in the marketplace. This strategy allowed us to meet our customers demanding performance criteria, without increasing their budgets.

Overtime we found replacing glycol ethers, phenol ethoxylates, sodium and potassium hydroxides, phosphoric acid, phosphates was possible without increasing product costs and in many cases PH levels dropped on alkaline based products and VOC levels reduced or were completely eliminated in over 750 of the formulations by using bio-based and other leading surfactants. Going Green does not mean spending more, but rather reducing your organizations exposure to hazardous materials, liability, decreased equipment lifespan.

Our use of leading surfactant and acid replacment technologies enables us to solve your demanding floor, vehicle, ink, degreasing or odor control problems without the use of harsh chemicals.
